Free Shipping — UK & Australia Only
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom and Australia. We do not ship to any other countries.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate
from delivery time.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control. HeatCush accepts
no liability for late deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. HeatCush is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an
incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued until the parcel is returned to us, and re-shipping costs will be charged.
Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued for uncollected or refused parcels until the item is received back and inspected.
Customs & Import Duties
For UK customers, all applicable import duties are included. Australian customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by Australian Border Force on orders valued
above the applicable threshold. HeatCush is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, HeatCush accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item, you
must contact the carrier directly and file a claim with them. We are not liable for carrier errors after dispatch.
Force Majeure
HeatCush is not liable for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather, or postal
service disruptions.
